MMSC#90 My knight in Shiny armor!

February is here and Valentines day is soon to come. Valentines day is not very big here in Norway. The shops of course try their best to make it big, but I don't think it ever will. We norwegians are a bit slow when it comes to the expression of love for each other *LOL*

Anyway, the Midnight Madness sketches is alwas a great way to get those Valentine cards a head start - so come play with us!

This weeks sketch...it's "YOUR PICK" Make it fancy, clean and simple, or somewhere in-between. Remember the sneak peek  for the following weeks sketch each Friday.
Enter one style or both this week.
Just have fun and come play with us :)

My knight in the shiny armor comes from Glitterbabes.
I think he is very, very handsome!
This is not a traditional Valentines card, but I think is it perfect. My Marcus sure is my Knight in shiny armor.
I colored him with silver Perfect Pearls. I have had some trouble about using this one, but I think it gave this armor life.
I can absolutly see this  Don Quijote fighting some windmills to save a virgins honor. *LOL*

The flag is colored with a gold brushmarker and then covered with Stickles.

Added some thin gold tread over the corners and then added these cool, tiny metal hearts. I think they fit perfect with the armor.

Now stop by the Midnight Madness blog and come join the fun!

You know, sometimes I think we way over do it here in the US when it comes to some of these holidays. Too commercial. Your card is wonderful, Gunn! I love the burned paper edge, and what a great image to work with! Nicely done!

Herlig Gunn!!!!
Takk for koselig kommentar forresten :-)
Klem Guro
